How to cancel
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch from your account or via customer care. After dispatch, use the return process instead.
Refunds on cancellation
Prepaid cancellations refund fully to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; COD orders simply do not get charged.
